Land Clearing & Debris Hauling
Clear lots, fence lines, and overgrowth — and haul the debris away.
Land clearing covers everything from a 50-foot fence line choked with Brazilian pepper to a multi-acre lot being prepped for a new build. Whatever the scale, the goal is the same: a clean, usable site, with the trees you want to keep still standing and healthy.
- 1Site walk-through & scope agreement
- 2Mechanical clearing with care for keeper trees
- 3Complete debris removal & site grading
Signs you need this
- New build or addition that needs the site cleared and rough-graded
- Overgrown lot with brush, vines, and small trees taking over
- Fence line you can't see through or maintain
- Pasture or paddock expansion through wooded edges
What's included
- Walk-through with marked plan for keeper trees and clearing limits
- Tree protection fencing around root zones of preserved trees
- Mechanical clearing with skid steer, mulcher, or hand crews as appropriate
- On-site mulching where it saves cost, haul-off where it doesn't
What it costs & how we keep it safe
Land clearing is priced by the job, driven by acreage, density of vegetation, tree size mix, access for equipment, and whether material gets mulched on-site or hauled. We provide a written scope so you know exactly what's included before work starts — no "and another $5,000" calls mid-project. We're licensed and insured for commercial-scale work and have an ISA Certified Arborist on staff to evaluate keeper trees and protected species. For sites near wetlands, conservation easements, or county-designated grand trees, we'll flag permitting requirements before equipment moves.
